The owner of Munros Driving Instruction had me be apart of spearheading the development of "Skid Monster" driving instruction at Arlington Airport. Learned how to teach Skid School and taught other instructors how to handle the car and instruct students. Lead in classroom teaching, modifying curriculum to better instruct students, and developed a handout to better track Behind-the-Wheel instruction. Taught here why I substitute taught in MSD.
Spearheaded, developed, and administered the “Great Adventure Day Camp”, a 10 week summer day camp. Created, developed, and pitched the idea, lead marketing plan, developed website and logo, hired, and supervised staff. Used a bus to transport campers to different venues that were educational and fun. In its first season, the camp grossed $16,000 and met modified budgets.

In 2005, the International Christian School of Seoul got its new building and name changed to Yongsan International School of Seoul.
Today, YISS is operated by the Network of International Christian Schools under the authority of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. I was on the faculty before this change happened.
Two summers I planned, implemented and oversaw summer staff members. We used a bus to get about 60 campers to different venues for camp events.
"Chris was an excellent resource for our college-aged staff ... Chris was responsible for dealing with preventive and corrective discipline with children as well as staff supervision, He was the "upfront" man for group times ... and was very creative in building enthusiasm for groups activities and projects. Lived with and counseled young men 18 to 25 years old off the streets of Los Angeles in a residential recovery program near Yosemite National Park. The focus of the program was on job skills, rebuilding personal respect, and educating for the future. We also hiked Yosemite to get them out to experience nature.
Taught workshops, classes, and lived in the dorms; led work crews that developed their work ethic.
Many of these young men were leaving LA Gangs, the real McCoy "Crips" and "Bloods" and once they left the gang, they could never return to LA. After 18 months, I was promoted to serve as a Youth Director with the Union Gospel Mission of Seattle for a youth center they were opening in Holly Park.
"Chris has" ...incredible interpersonal relationship skills. I have never met anyone who can draw out an individual as I have seen Chris do numerous times ... He has the gift of knowing how to relate to others."

Our team of teenagers traveled by horseback through the Haitian mountains to reach Citadelle Henri, Haiti’s most iconic historic site. Built between 1805 and 1820, this massive fortress stands as a symbol of Haiti’s independence — a nation born from the courage of formerly enslaved people who overthrew French colonial rule.
After my freshman year in college at 19, I was a team leader of teenagers to Haiti with https://teenmissions.org/ . For nearly three months during the summer we helped build a school, working alongside the Haitian people. I have a first-hand understanding of poverty and the determination the Haitians have to make a better life. This experience taught me how to lead your peers in the land of the unknown.
The Haitian Leaders decided to build a school before the hospital!
“Education promotes equality and lifts people out of poverty. It teaches children how to become good citizens. Education is not just for a privileged few, it is for everyone. It is a fundamental human right.”
